Next week, we will cross the Alps to attend Medimex, an event for music professionals from the Mediterranean organised by Puglia Sounds. It takes place from 24-27 November 2011 in Bari, Italy. WOMEX President Christoph Borkowsky will be available for a limited number of speed-dating consultations to advise artists and professionals on 'How To Go International' at Spazio 'Musica è Lavoro' on Saturday, 26 November from 10:30-12:30.
The Club Contemporary Classical Festival is kicking off tomorrow in Germany and Poland. The C3 Festival, a "labor of love" put together by Classical:Next Director Jennifer Dautermann, presents new music which falls into the grey zone between the genres of contemporary classical and electronic club music, from tighly-structured techno through to free-flowing ambient.
